We are committed to delivering your handmade chocolates safely and promptly.
Please review our Delivery Policy below:
1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, USA mainland and Germany.
2. Delivery Options and Timescales
We offer the following delivery options:

Royal Mail Tracked 24h (1-2 business days)
Sent via Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Easter. -
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm or Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed Saturday).
While Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day by 1 pm, some areas - listed below - are exceptions to the Next Day Guaranteed service.
Please note that our standard processing time is up to 2 business days before dispatch.
Royal Mail delivers by 5:30pm the next working day in the following post code areas:
AB30–39, 41–45, 51–56 HS1, 3–9 IV21–28, 40–49, 51–56 KA27, 28 KW1–3, 5–15 KW16 Stromness Town only PA20 (0 & 9), 28–38, 41–49, 76, 77 PH15, 17–26, 31–40, 49, 50 ZE1
Royal Mail delivers within 2 working days by 5:30pm to:
HS2 IM, JE PA60–75, 78 ZE2, 3
Royal Mail delivers within 3 working days by 5:30pm to:
KW16 (non-Town) KW17 PH30, 41–44
We can't guarantee Sat
We can't guarantee Saturday delivery to Isle of Man, Jersey, Herm, Sark and Alderney.

3. Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been received. Processing time may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, or Valentine's Day.
Pre-orders will be dispatched according to the timeline provided at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method.
5. Missed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

Terroir Artisan Chocolate is not responsible for deliveries delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please note: In this case, if the product's best before date has passed while in transit or while waiting for re-delivery, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the product.
6. Warm Weather and Delivery
Please note that chocolate is sensitive to heat.
During warmer months, we recommend selecting Express Delivery where possible to minimise the risk of melting.
We cannot be held responsible for melting or weather-related damage during transit.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
Terroir Artisan Chocolate is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Adverse weather

Increased demand during peak seasons

Carrier operational issues
We will do our best to keep you informed if there are any known issues affecting your delivery.
8. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
