For most corporate and event orders using our existing chocolates and packaging, we recommend getting in touch at least 2–3 weeks in advance.For bespoke chocolates, colours or designs, please allow at least 4–6 weeks where possible.For custom-branded or bespoke packaging, we recommend enquiring at least 8–12 weeks in advance, as lead times and minimum quantities depend on the packaging required and our suppliers.During Christmas, Easter and other busy periods, we recommend enquiring as early as possible.

Minimum quantities depend on what you would like to order.Chocolates from our existing collection can be ordered in smaller quantities, while fully bespoke flavours, colours or designs generally start from 200 individual chocolates.Branded ribbons, labels, custom packaging and other personalised elements may have their own minimum quantities depending on the supplier and specification.

You can choose from our current collection of flavours and designs, subject to availability.For larger orders, we can also discuss bespoke flavours, colours and designs created specifically for your brand, event or occasion.Minimum quantities and additional lead times apply to bespoke creations.

Yes. For larger projects, we can develop chocolates specifically for your brand or event, including bespoke flavours, colours and designs.Fully bespoke chocolates generally start from a minimum order of 200 individual chocolates. Lead times will depend on the complexity of the project and our production schedule.

Yes. Depending on the quantity and lead time, we can offer a range of personalised options, including branded ribbons, labels, gift cards and bespoke packaging.Custom-branded packaging may require higher minimum quantities and longer production times, so we recommend discussing this with us as early as possible.

Yes. If you already have your own branded or event packaging, you are welcome to send it directly to us, and we can pack your chocolates into it for you.Please contact us in advance so we can check the dimensions, materials and suitability of the packaging for our chocolates and arrange delivery to us.Alternatively, we can supply the chocolates for you to pack into your own packaging yourself.Additional handling or packing charges may apply depending on the project.

Yes. We can arrange delivery to a single location or discuss options for sending gifts to multiple individual addresses.For larger multi-address orders, please mention this when making your enquiry so we can advise on the most suitable arrangement and applicable delivery costs.

Our chocolates are freshly handcrafted in small batches, and shelf life varies depending on the product and flavour.Our fresh bonbons are generally best enjoyed within approximately 20 days, although we also offer selected bonbon flavours with a longer shelf life, as well as other chocolate products that are particularly well suited to corporate gifting and events where a longer shelf life is required.Let us know your event date, delivery requirements and preferred shelf life when making your enquiry, and we can recommend the most suitable products and flavours for your order.For larger orders, we can also coordinate production and delivery so your chocolates arrive as fresh as possible and at the right time for your event.

Ingredients and allergens vary depending on the chocolates and flavours selected.Our chocolates are produced in an environment where multiple allergens are handled. If you have specific dietary or allergen requirements, please let us know when making your enquiry so we can advise you and provide the relevant ingredient and allergen information for your order.

We offer corporate gifting for Christmas and other seasonal occasions, from our existing chocolate collections and gift boxes to more personalised options for larger orders.Christmas is one of our busiest periods, so for larger quantities, bespoke chocolates or branded packaging, we strongly recommend enquiring as early as possible, ideally few months in advance.
