Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally depending on the region and customs laws for your location. Please contact us for more information at info@terroirchocolate.co.uk
When my order is expected to ship?
We aim to ship your chocolates within 2 business days of receiving your order; however, orders may take 48-96 hours to ship depending on time of year. Please note, during peak holiday seasons shipping may be delayed based on the volume of orders we receive. We make every effort to ship orders promptly. Transit time does not include order process time.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses in one order?
Currently, our checkout only supports single addresses for shipping at checkout. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
If a big number of different addresses are needed, please send us an email at info@terroirartisanchocolate.com and we can send you an invoice instead of placing an order online.
Where is my order? How can I track a package?
You’ll receive an email confirmations when your order is placed and when it ships. The tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns/offer refunds on our products. If you have any questions, please send us an email with your name, order number, the date of your order and photos to info@terroirchocolate.co.uk. We will contact you promptly. Can I pick the flavours?
Yes, absolutely! You can choose your favourite flavours. Simply head to our “Create Your Own Box” section and select the flavours you’d like.
How long do your chocolates last? How quickly should they be consumed upon receiving?
We recommend enjoying our products within 2 weeks of receiving them for ultimate freshness. The box contains a best before date.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place, at constant temperature ideally between 16-18C, out of direct sunlight.
What allergens are contained in your products?
You can find allergens in each of the products.

Will an invoice be included in my package?
We will not include any information about price or customer details. Be sure to include a gift message if you're not handing these directly to your recipient. For gifts, please check they'll be home to receive the package in order to enjoy the products at their peak freshness.
Can I make changes after submitting an order?
If it's changing a recipient name or adding a message, we'll do our best to make that happen, as long as it gives us some time before the Ship Out moment. Email us at info@terroirchocolate.co.uk. Once the order is packed and ready to be picked up from our facility, you will not be able to make any changes. We cannot offer any exchanges or returns since our products are perishable.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Please check out cancellation policy page.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
For pre-order items, please note we charge a cancellation fee:
25% of the order value if cancelled up to 2 weeks before the dispatch date.
50% of the order value if cancelled less than 2 weeks before the dispatch date.
100% of the order value if cancelled within 7 days of the dispatch date.

Can I request a delivery date?
You can write down on the notes the date you would like us to dispatch your order.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We have no minimum amounts for wholesale ordering. To ask for pricing write to info@terroirchocolate.co.uk and let us know which product, quantity and how often you would like to receive your products.
Can you create a custom gift or special order for me, my family, friends, or clients?
For special events, tastings, or corporate gifting, email info@terroirchocolate.co.uk and share your vision. We’ll craft a bespoke proposal to suit your brief, budget and timeline.
If I buy "Pre-Order" and "In stock" item together, will my order be shipped separately?
No. If you’d like to receive the “In Stock” items sooner, please place a separate order for them.
Can I buy pre-orders items with different dispatch dates?
Yes, you can purchase pre-order items with different dispatch dates. However, please note that all items in the same order will be shipped together, once the final product is released.
If you’d like to receive items as soon as they’re available, please place separate orders.
What happens if I order an “Almost Perfect” item together with a pre-order product, and its best-before date expires before the dispatch date?
If an “Almost Perfect” item is purchased together with a pre-order product and its best-before date expires before dispatch, that item will be cancelled and refunded, or shipped separately for an additional postage fee.
Please note: if the remaining order total (after the refund or separation) falls below £60, a standard shipping fee will apply.
Are there any exceptions to Royal Mail Next Day Delivery?
Yes. While Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day by 1 pm, some areas - listed below - are exceptions to the Next Day Guaranteed service.
Please note that our standard processing time is up to 2 business days before dispatch.

Royal Mail delivers by 5:30pm the next working day in the following post code areas:

We can't guarantee Saturday delivery to Isle of Man, Jersey, Herm, Sark and Alderney.
