This 64% coconut dark milk chocolate sits at the richer end of the dark milk spectrum, yet remains wonderfully approachable, offering a creamier and lighter profile than the darker versions crafted from cacao grown on Freddy Salazar’s farm, Costa Esmeraldas, six miles inland from Ecuador’s north-west coast.
Made with coconut milk, though never overpoweringly so, the coconut is delicately balanced against the deep chocolate character and the naturally biscuity, fruity notes that make this cacao so distinctive.
