Discount Code Terms and Conditions

• Discount codes are valid for purchases made through our website, www.terroirchocolate.co.uk, unless otherwise stated.

• Each promotion may have its own conditions, including expiry dates, eligible products, minimum spend requirements or usage limits.

• Any specific conditions provided with a promotion will apply in addition to these terms.

• Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout for the discount to be applied.

• Discount codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the discount has been applied before completing the order.

Discount codes may:

• Apply only to selected products or collections

• Require a minimum order value

• Exclude sale, reduced-price or already discounted products

• Be limited to one use per customer

• Be available only for a specified period

• Exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated

Any additional restrictions will be communicated as part of the relevant promotion.

If an order placed using a discount code is cancelled or refunded, any refund due will be based on the amount actually paid for the relevant products.

A discount code used on a cancelled or refunded order may not be reissued or available for reuse.

Our usual Order Cancellation Policy and Refund & Returns Policy continue to apply.

Discount codes must be used in accordance with the conditions of the relevant promotion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a discount where we reasonably believe that a code has been used fraudulently, improperly or contrary to the terms of the promotion.

This may include attempts to circumvent usage limits or other promotional restrictions.

We may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, for example because of an error, technical issue, misuse or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any changes will not affect orders that have already been validly placed and accepted using the promotion, unless required by law or where there has been fraud or misuse.
