This 49% Macadamia Milk is crafted with rare and protected Chuao cacao, recognised as the world’s first Protected Origin cacao bean. Exceptionally creamy and silky, it delivers the indulgence of a high-percentage milk chocolate (dark milk legally begins at 50%).
Freshly roasted macadamia nibs are stoneground directly into the chocolate, finished with a delicate pinch of Fleur de Sel to enhance brightness and depth.
