Gran Chililique is an ultra-premium cacao grown by smallholder farmers in the hills surrounding Chililique, in Piura, northern Peru, where favourable climatic conditions help produce exceptionally flavourful beans. The cacao was awarded the Peruvian Gold Cacao Award in 2013.

Half of the members of this small cooperative are women, whose work and dedication contribute to producing some of Peru’s most distinctive cacao.
