The protected, unique, oft-copied and never-bettered Somerset Pomona is a luxurious blend of fresh apple juice and cider brandy, matured in oak cask to create a wonderfully complex spirit layered with notes of toasted nuts, rich toffee and orchard fruit.
Our decadent 60% salted caramel Marañón dark milk chocolate provides the perfect canvas to showcase the character of authentic Somerset Pomona, bringing together deep caramel richness, gentle salinity and elegant apple-brandy warmth.
The farm we source from in Somerset lies amongst 180 acres of cider apple orchards at the foot of Burrow Hill. The family has been pressing cider there for over 200 years, and in 1989 were granted the UK’s first full cider-distilling licence. Since then, they have continued to craft award-winning Somerset Cider Brandy of remarkable distinction.
