Crafted by Mestiço, an artisan tree-to-bar chocolate maker based in Bahia, Brazil, this bar is made from a carefully selected blend of Trinitário cacao, revealing naturally fruity and earthy notes.
A delicate touch of Flor de Sal (sea salt) enhances the chocolate's complex flavour profile, balancing the intensity of the dark chocolate with a subtle savoury finish.
Made with just four ingredients, cacao nibs, organic sugar, artisan cocoa butter and sea salt, this chocolate celebrates the purity and character of Brazilian cacao. The cocoa butter is extracted by Mestiço from their own cacao, without added lecithin, vanillin or other vegetable fats.
