Sourced from the fertile soils of the Sambirano Valley, this cacao comes from Bejofo Estate, a single-origin plantation where over 3,000 farmers grow, ferment and dry beans using sustainable and consistent practices. Since Bertil Åkessonacquired the estate in 1998, it has become a reference point for the world’s finest Madagascan cacao — celebrated for its precision, consistency and exceptional flavour.
This 84% dark chocolate bar showcases the region’s unmistakable brightness, with notes of zingy red berries, raisins and subtle liquorice, supported by a clean, lingering finish. A bold yet elegant expression of Madagascar’s terroir.
