In the fertile Sambirano Valley of north-west Madagascar, cocoa thrives alongside rich and diverse flora. Fed by the Sambirano River, the valley has long been recognised for its exceptional biodiversity.
The estate was established in 1920 and remains a model of sustainable agriculture. Planted with Criollo and Trinitario varieties, the trees are carefully managed, with pods harvested separately to preserve their distinct characteristics. Known for its unique terroir, Madagascan cocoa is highly regarded for its clarity and character.

Lively and refined, with notes of currants, sour cherries, myrtle, and vanilla, balanced by a bright, pleasant acidity.
