Roasted, ground and crafted entirely here in our shop at Terroir Artisanal Chocolates in Beverley, this is true small-batch bean to bar chocolate made from exceptional Zapotal cacao beans from Ecuador.

A remarkable blend recognised through Cocoa of Excellence, combining three micro-lots that are fermented and dried together under the watchful eye of the third-generation son of a son of a master fermenter.

The result is a deeply chocolatey bar with beautiful natural notes of caramel, warm brownie and rich cocoa depth. Smooth, characterful and wonderfully moreish.

Made with only a handful of ingredients: cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar and organic cocoa butter. Just pure chocolate.
