Fine, rare cocoa beans, sourced directly from the grower, are gently roasted before being stone-ground with the other ingredients for three days. This slow process allows the cocoa’s distinctive flavours and aromas to fully develop.

Cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, sunflower lecithin. No nuts, gluten or soya ingredients are used in this bar.

Best stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and strong odours.
