Fine Nicaliso cocoa beans from Nicaragua are gently roasted before being stone-ground with the other ingredients for three days. This slow process allows the cocoa’s distinctive fruity and malty character to fully develop.

Single origin cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin. No nuts, soya, milk or gluten ingredients are used in this bar.

Best stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and strong odours.
