Exceptionally rare, fine-flavour cocoa beans, sourced directly from the farmers through long-term contracts that ensure they receive a very good price. Only tiny quantities are available, sometimes as little as 25kg in an entire year.

The beans are gently roasted before being stone-ground to reveal their remarkable complexity and distinctive character.

Single origin cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin. No nuts, gluten, soya or dairy ingredients are used in this bar.

Best stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and strong odours.
