With a well-balanced sensory profile, it reveals notes of Brazil nut, caramel and pineapple, alongside a naturally firmer texture resulting from the bean’s lower cocoa butter content. As it comes from a genetic variety also found in other regions of the world, it is the most familiar and widely approachable bar within the portfolio, while still preserving its authentic Amazonian character.
