This exceptional cacao was recognised as the 16th Heirloom Cacao by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation initiative and was also selected among the 50 Best Beans in the World in the 2017 Cocoa of Excellence Programme.
Grown by the Puentespina family in the Philippines, the farms cultivate true-to-type genetic material, including heirloom-designated Trinitario clones. Crafted without added cocoa butter, this 70% dark chocolate offers a slow melt that allows the remarkable complexity of the cacao to gradually unfold.
