Handcrafted in the UK using cocoa from Adriano de Jesús Rodríguez and Gualberto Acebey Torrejón, founders of Öko Caribe, a renowned producer in the Dominican Republic celebrated for its commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainability.
Since 2006, Öko Caribe has worked closely with more than 180 smallholder farmers, ensuring ethical partnerships and consistent post-harvest practices that highlight the true flavour of Dominican cacao.
This 43% white chocolate, made with un-deodorised cocoa butter, preserves the natural character of the beans. It delivers a rich, comforting flavour profile of brown butter, dulce de leche and brioche, offering warmth and depth in every bite.
